Paul is one of a very small number of lawyers in the state with significant experience in the COAM industry. Beginning in 2016, he stopped accepting clients in all other fields of law, and began focusing exclusively on the needs of licensees in the COAM industry.

Our Mission

Our motto for years has been, "Some things are too important to gamble."  While the tone of that motto is light-hearted, we are very serious about helping our clients grow and succeed.  In order to do that our clients must survive in the highly regulated environment of the coin operated amusement machine industry.  We thrive at the intersection of compliance and expansion.
